Customer Support Questions
All customer support questions must be asked via the support forum. The theme support area of the forums is only open to our customers.
When you purchase a theme, you will be automatically registered for the support forum, and granted access to the theme support area.
Support Policy
We only provide customer support via the support forum. We do not provide customer support via Email, Twitter, or elsewhere.
Customer support is intended for technical assistance in using our themes as they exist on a fresh installation of WordPress, before any customizations you make to the theme. We do not provide support for using WordPress itself, or any 3rd party plugins you wish to use with your theme.
All support forum questions will be responded to within 1-2 business days. We provide support on Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm EST (GMT -5).
Theme Customizations
Generally speaking, we don’t provide assistance with customizing / modifying your theme. That includes anything related to modifying code, design changes, integrating 3rd party plugins, etc. For minor requests, we’ll do our best to help out (depending on the request).
