Replacing Brisket Menu with a Shortcode?

Is is possible to replace the Menu on the home page of Brisket with the contents of another page? I have a client who loves the look of the theme but who also loves, loves, LOVES to change their menu around often. I have plugins to reorder the item and category taxonomies, but the client makes the kind of changes that require us to reload the whole menu often.

I haven't used these plugins but something along these lines might make more sense?
