Site all messed up

I'm using wordpress 4.9.4

Site has been fine for years, now after the upgrade, same as everyone else. Site is all skewed, header not showing, menus messed up. I installed the fix css box, but it's not giving me options to check 4 checkboxes, so I'm not sure if it's activated and/or doing anything.

Very frustrating, the documentation is really lacking.

Please advise what I need to do. www.spiritualhealingmassage.com is the website.

The fix CSS box is from DIYThemes not us, so you can find the documentation on their website here: http://diythemes.com/thesis/rtfm/boxes/fix-css/

Closely follow the section called Instructions on that page for more info on what to do after installing this box.

I followed there instructions, but it doesn't remotely resemble what I see on my site. It says to select the CSS data you wish to fix, and click the Fix CSS button. That doesn't seem to make sense, as I can't select any CSS and click the Fix CSS button.

It's also mentioned to select all four choices when installing Fix CSS - I don't see any checkboxes or choices.

As its your theme that isn't working right now, I would like to have a well documented method to correct from your side - not the thesis side.

    thx

This issue isn't coming from Derby or any of our themes but rather Thesis - that's why they have created this Fix CSS box.

After you install this box (via Thesis -> Manage Boxes -> Upload a New Box screen) go to the Thesis menu in your WordPress admin, click Boxes (top right of screen), click the Fix CSS link.

    http://diythemes.com/thesis/rtfm/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Screen-Shot-2017-07-07-at-11.28.26-AM.png

    Now, you should see this:

    http://cloud.themedy.com/3e2V2S3F2z0f

Check the four boxes and click the Fix CSS button, that should be it.

If your site still doesn't look right after that then make sure to clear your own browser cache so you are seeing the latest version of your site and not an old copy.
