Header Image Not Displaying

For some reason, even though I have a header image selected, it doesn't seem to show up on the front page or any pages. Instead, it still displays the site title and site description. Any reason for this? And how can I get my header image to display? I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks.

Make sure you have the "Display Site Title and Tagline" unchecked so that the header image will show. To do this:

    1. Log in to your Wordpress Admin
    2. Go to Appearance > Customize on the dashboard sidebar
    3. Click on "Site Identity"
    4. Uncheck "Display Site Title and Tagline" and click "Save & Publish" (Screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cqdR9z5GvD3)
