Add custom.css to editable files list in wp-admin

It would be convenient to have the custom.css file available from wp-admin/Appearance/Editor. Making it easily available might encourage more people to use the custom.css file instead of editing style.css.

I'm using the WPide plugin for access to custom.css from within WP without having to login to CPanel or fire up a separate FTP program. It's not a critical enhancement because there are workarounds, but it would be super to have both custom functions and custom CSS available in wp-admin.

I did look into this once, and couldn't find a way at the time. I know the JetPack plugin by WordPress does have a custom.css with web editor now actually - been meaning to look into it to see how it works.

I would stick to WPide over using JetPack! Thanks for your reply.
