A child theme installs over one of the supported frameworks to instantly change the way your site looks. Don’t worry you don’t lose any of the benefits of your favorite framework in the process – you just get a killer design!

How often will you release new themes?
We don’t have a set amount but our goal will be to release around 10 designs a year. It does take longer to release killer dual-compatible themes so the release schedule may not be as often as some other theme companies. However, we’re confident that you will find your membership well worth the price!
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, you have 60 days to request a refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. You can request your refund at sales@themedy.com.
What does support cover?
Our general support covers installation & general troubleshooting issues via our forum only. CSS / PHP customizations to themes will be answered on case by case basis but may require hiring your own developer depending the complexity of the issue. You will have access to the forums for as long as you are a member when you make any purchase.
What happens after my plan expires?
You will still have access to all the themes released while you were an active member. To get access to new themes simply purchase the membership plan again.
Can these themes run without Thesis or Genesis
No, we do require one of the supported frameworks to run our themes, you should also check the minium requirements on each themes page.
What is my login?
Your login was emailed to you instantly when you purchased your membership, please check your SPAM folder if you didn’t receive it. If you still can’t find it please contact us.
